By enrolling at the Kimmba Play School. (″KPS″) you acknowledge that you understand and agree to the following conditions:
- Your child is enrolled at your own risk and you agree to indemnify KPS, and its staff from and against all claims, demands, actions and damages which may arise from your child's participation at any Kimmba Play School program.
- Children must be supervised by a parent or carer at all times as we are the member of Playgroup Victoria since 2007. The safety of this age group of children is the responsibility of the parent or carer. For school aged children, the parent or carer must be the patron of Westfield shopping centre to enable your child to attend our Afterschool language program.
- Your child's place is not secured until all fees are paid in full. All fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Additional costs may be incurred for certain activities such as excursions.
- If a much younger sibling who is not enrolled in the class is accompany the main learner, this younger sibling must remain quiet, and be closely supervised by parent at all times.
- Group activities are offered, but not compulsory. If your child is unsettled or unfocused during group activities please remove them from the activity to ensure they don't disrupt the group.
- KPS reserves the right to ask you to leave the premises should you fail to comply with any instruction from our teaching staff.

Publishing of photos and/or videos that may contain images of your children.
Sometimes Kimmba may need to take photos of its activities to use for promotional or training purposes only. Usually these images are such that your child would not be clearly identifiable (ie, not a close-up image). Promotion of Kimmba is necessary in order to keep classes running and all the program viable. Please support us in promoting Kimmba to future families.
