    How to make Australia more bilingual

    Even though Australia is a country with a wide population of immigrants, when it comes to learning different languages in school, it lacks behind Europe in a big way. This article gives insight about the reasons and shows what we need to change.

    According to the article, "Australia is a linguistically diverse nation, with more than 250 languages spoken in Australian homes. However, many students are opting out of elective language study. In NSW, as of 2013, less than 10% of HSC students undertook a second language."
