Program
- All programs (other than sessional programs)

- Program runs Monday to Saturday, 50 weeks a year (aligned to family and children’s needs). The centre is closed for 2 weeks over the Christmas and New Year period and on public holidays.
- Due date of tuition fee: Per week of first day of your child’s group.
- Sessional programs (40 weeks per year)
- Language available: Mandarin, Spanish, and German
- Program runs Monday to Saturday, only on school terms. It is only available for kindergarten-aged children.
- Term 1: 1 February – 26 March
- Term 2: 12 April – 25 June
- Term 3: 12 July – 17 September
- Term 4: 4 October – 17 December
- Due date of tuition fee: Per term of first week of the school term.

Application Process
- To register for our unique multicultural bilingual early learning program please complete the ‘Application Form’ and return it with the Application Fee to:

- The Application Fee of $55/child or $100/family is non-refundable
- Please make cheque/moneyorder payable to: Kimmba Bilingual Learning Inc.
- Please include one (1) copy of child’s birth certificate
- Please include one (1) copy of child’s immunisation certificate
- Confirmation letter and receipt of payment will be issued upon registration.
- The payment of your application fee does not guarantee your child’s enrolment.
Enrolment Process
- Once a place is allocated to your child, parents will be contacted in writing to arrange an interview.
- If your child is offered a place, the following must be received by Kimmba to confirm the acceptance of the offer within five working days from the date on letter of offer:
- Completed and signed Enrolment Form
- Enrolment Fee of $100/child per year or a once off enrolment fee of $200 for the duration of your early learning years with us.
- Family enrolment fee of 2 or more children is $180/family or a once off enrolment fee of $350/family.
- Bond of $350/child or $600/family, payable with enrolment fee prior to commencement of our program. (Refundable; see below”Bond” for details)
- It is your responsibility to inform the Admission Office immediately of any changes of your address and contact numbers or any changes to the information on your child’s enrolment.
Bond
- Deposit Bond for both early learning and kinder program is $350/child or $600/family.
- The bond is payable together with Enrolment Fee at the start of each program and refundable after ninety days upon departing from our early learning program (after spending minimum two years duration on any program with Kimmba).
- Family bond payment will only become refundable when the last child of the family is in his/her final term of the final year.
- This amount is transferable when the child goes to kinderprogram from Early Learning program.
- If there are any monies owed in respect of student’s enrolment at time of finishing the program, parents to settle the outstanding account before apply for the refund of the bond.
- Method of payment: Cash, Cheque, Internet Banking or Deposit to ANZ Branch

- For internet bank transfer, please put your child’s FULL NAME as reference

Child Care Rebate
Government will provide you with 50 percent of your out-of-pocket child care costs, up to $7778 (indexed) per child per year. There is no income test for the Child Care Rebate.
