Policies

By enrolling at the Kimmba Bilingual Learning Inc. (″KBLI″) you acknowledge that you understand and agree to the following conditions:

• Class sizes are a minimum of 7 children and a maximum of 13 children for toddler class, minimum of 5 and a maximum of 12 for kinder class. If there are insufficient enrolments, another time may need to be nominated or alternatively, the class may not proceed.
• Your child is enrolled at your own risk and you agree to indemnify KBLI, and its staff from and against all claims, demands, actions and damages which may arise from your child's participation at any Kimmba Bilingual Learning Playgroup program.
• Children must be supervised by a parent or carer at all times. The safety of children is the responsibility of the parent or carer.
• You give permission for your child to receive medical/ambulance attention in case of emergency and agree to pay any costs incurred.
• Your child's place is not secured until all fees are paid in full. All fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Additional costs may be incurred for certain activities such as excursions.
• If your child has been absent due to illness, not any other reasons i.e. holidays, any social engagement, up to 3 classes may be "made up" by attending another suitable class of the same language within the current school term by prior arrangement with director.
• Children who are not enrolled in the class must remain quiet, and be closely supervised at all times.
• Group activities are offered, but not compulsory. If your child is unsettled or unfocused during group activities they should be removed from the activity to ensure they don't disrupt the group.
• KBLI reserves the right to ask you to leave the premises should you fail to comply with any instruction from staff.
• Parents should ensure that at the end of each class, the premises/classroom is left in a condition suitable for the next class.

Publishing of photos and/or videos that may contain images of your children.
Sometimes Kimmba may need to take photos of its activities to use for promotional or training purposes only. Usually these images are such that your child would not be clearly identifiable (ie, not a close-up image). Promotion of Kimmba is necessary in order to keep classes running and the organization viable. Please support us in promoting Kimmba to future families.

Kimmba respects your privacy
Any and all the information collected for enrollment will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, reused, rented, disclosed, or loaned Any information you provide will be held with the utmost care and will not be used in ways to which you have not consented.
