Fees can be paid in cash in person, money order, cheque or internet banking. Please do not post cash. Please make cheques payable to: Kimmba Bilingual Learning Inc or internet banking using your child's full name and session day as reference.

Parents need to be aware that Kimmba is a non-profit organisation and relies on prompt and early payment for fees to meet costs. While Kimmba is committed to providing exceptional education for your children, we need parents commitment to support the service. Therefore Kimmba has the discretion to withdraw service for non-payment of fees.

Tuition Fees

Please note that the tuition fee for 2011 and 2012 have stayed the same. Kimmba committee of management has tried our very best to keep the fee as low as possible therefore, we would appreciate parents prompt and early payments.

(Please compare our early bird tuition fees structure and dates qualified you for the rate) There are 9 or 10 or 11 classes for each term. Fees for casual classes of 6 or less are calculated pro rota at casual rate. Fees for 7 classes and more are payable as same as term fee, however you are entitled up to 3 make-up classes in the same term.

Make up classes are available if you miss your normal class. To qualify for a make-up class, parents MUST book by calling 9842 8951 before the missed class.

Annual Enrolment Fee

To secure your child’s place, it is advisable that parents pay an annual enrolment fee $50 when enrolling your child.

Annual enrolment fee is payable per child per year.

Please note: the annual enrolment fee is NOT refundable under any circumstances and it does NOT GUARANTEE a placement until the applicable term fee is also fully paid in advance.

Playgroup Victoria membership fee:

It is payable directly to Playgroup Victoria www.playgroup.org.au Kimmba does not include the Playgroup Victoria's insurance in our set fees.

Regular Rate and Late Payment and Late Collecting Charges

Applicable to those enrolled at first week of each term.

However, for those paying late (after week 1 of each term) there is a late payment fee of $5 charged per week per child to make a place available ASAP for your child/ren. Where a cheque is dishonored a fee of $35 will be charged.

For parents collecting your child late from any of our Kinder Sessions: There is a Late Collecting Fee if you collect your child 5 minutes after our session has ended. From the second 5 minutes onwards, there is a late collecting fee of $10 per 5 minutes. For example, if you are late ten minutes, you will need to pay the penalty of $10, if you are 15 minutes late, you will need to pay the penalty of $20. This is payable on the spot. Therefore, we encourage you keep the good communication with our teacher and collect your child promptly.

Holding Fee

There is a 4 weeks holiday holding fee of $50 per child per weekly session. This is to secure the placement when your child returned after his/her holiday. If your child attends 2 weekly sessions and required placement holding fee for both, it would be $100 for the absent 4 weeks. If your child is going away more than 4 weeks during any school terms, then the weekly holding fee is $12.5 per weekly session for the number of absent weeks as an ongoing holding fee to secure your child’s placement when he/she returned.

Family discount and children who attending more than 1 session per week

There is a 20% discount on tuition fee for second and subsequent children enrolled from the same family OR a 5% discount for each session applies if your child is taking more than one session per week. Both discounted fees are calculated by the time of the payment, for example, if paying per term, after 30th Jan, children attending 2 kinder classes weekly would be paying $270 x95% x2 = $513 ). Please contact enrolment officer for total amount of your child/ren tuition fees if more discount is available for your circumstances. Only one of the above discounts is applicable per child.

Waiting List Registration Fee

For children who wish to be on our waiting list for any classes: baby, toddler or kinder class, the transferable fee is $50 when registered with our playgroup. This fee will be transferred as your 1st enrolment fee when a placement is confirmed for you. This may not occur within the same year as your registration year but we will try our best to have you attending our program as soon as we practically can.
