Fees can be paid in cash in person, money order, cheque or internet banking. Please do not post cash. Please make cheques payable to: Kimmba Bilingual Learning Inc or internet banking using your child's full name and session day as reference.

Parents need to be aware that Kimmba is a non-profit organisation and relies on prompt and early payment for fees to meet costs. While Kimmba is committed to providing exceptional education for your children, we need parents commitment to support the service. Therefore Kimmba has the discretion to withdraw service for non-payment of fees.

Tuition Fees

(Please compare our early bird tuition fees structure and dates qualified you for the rate) There are 9 or 10 or 11 classes for each term. Fees for casual classes of 6 or less are calculated pro rata at casual rate. Fees for 7 classes and more are payable as same as term fee, however you are entitled up to 3 make-up classes in the same term.

Make up classes are available if you miss your normal class. To qualify for a make-up class, parents MUST book by calling 9842 8951 before the missed class.

Annual Enrolment Fee

To secure your child’s place for 2010, it is advisable that parents pay an annual enrolment fee $50 when enrolling your child.

Annual enrolment fee is payable per child per year for two consecutive yearly enrolments, thereafter this fee is exempted from 3rd year onwards should your child/ren continue his/her language learning at Kimmba Bilingual Learning Inc.

Please note: the annual enrolment fee is NOT refundable under any circumstances and it does NOT GUARANTEE a placement until the applicable term fee is also fully paid in advance.

Playgroup Victoria membership fee:

It is payable directly to Playgroup Victoria www.playgroup.org.au

Regular Rate and Late Payment charges

Applicable to those enrolled at first week of each term.

However, for those paying late (after week 1 of each term) there is a late payment fee of $5 charged per week per child to make a place available ASAP for your child/ren. Where a cheque is dishonored a fee of $35 will be charged.

Holding Fee

There is a 4 weeks holiday holding fee of $50 per child per weekly session. This is to secure the placement when your child returned after his/her holiday. If your child attends 2 weekly sessions and required placement holding fee for both, it would be $100 for the absent 4 weeks. If your child is going away more than 4 weeks during any school terms, then the weekly holding fee is $12.5 per weekly session for the number of absent weeks as an ongoing holding fee to secure your child’s placement when he/she returned.

To obtain the early bird fee, it is advised that parents make the full payment before the end of the previous term. Date and amount are listed below;

Family discount and children who attending more than 1 session per week

There is a 20% discount on tuition fee for second or more children enrolled from the same family. More discounts are available if taking more than one session per week (5% discount for each session). Both discounted fees are calculated by the time of the payment, for example, if paying annually, b/f 15 Jan, children attending 2 kinder classes would be paying $850 x95% x2 = $1615 ). Please contact enrolment officer for total amount of your child/ren tuition fees if more discount is available for your circumstances.
